I got this apartment. Nice location, rent with in budget, spacious and all... But shower doesn't have a head, bathroom sink is leaking, I noticed some part of the roof leaking, bathroom and toilet doors old and can not close, toilet seat is old with cracks... The landlord is insisting that I pay a caution fee of 100k. And I am wondering what the fee is supposed to cover, seeing that these things have not been fixed and I will likely do them myself🤦 #landlordwahala
