I got this apartment. Nice location, rent with in budget, spacious and all... But shower doesn't have a head, bathroom sink is leaking, I noticed some part of the roof leaking, bathroom and toilet doors old and can not close, toilet seat is old with cracks... The landlord is insisting that I pay a caution fee of 100k.
